How We Help

Our process begins with a complementary meeting via phone or VOIP. In this one-to-two hour exploratory meeting, both parties will be expected to ask a lot of questions. Please be prepared to explain your business model fully.

From this meeting, we will develop an initial proposal. Generally we can complete this first draft within one week. We will present an executive summary to you as quickly as possible, without charge or commitment.

After receiving this proposal summary, you may decide to continue with us to develop a full proposal. Time frames will vary, but we will work to a mutually agreeable deadline. The fee for this proposal is US$5000, and includes our travel expenses to meet with you anywhere within North America. Should you accept our proposal, 50% of the proposal fee will be credited against your account.

It is our policy to present the proposal in a face to face meeting, without exception. Why? If we make the mutual decision to work together, the relationship is likely to be very close. We both need to know who we are working with.
